The word “Work” has a negative connotation. Why is that? Could it be in one’s attitude? Think about that! What kind of results or rewards will/would be realized from the effort and thought we are putting into our work? With that feedback, will/would we be inspired by our initiative and results? Somehow our work validates us, contributing to our self-worth, becoming a growing factor, activating our creativity…and more! Are we having fun, or what? So, having fun, is having a…..
My books, my writing, are mostly about “thinking”, and what one is going to do about it! Funny, huh? Don’t kid yourself, life is serious. Never thought much about research. My life has given me much to draw on. It seemed easy to me, “Think first before you do”. Sounds so simple, but hardly ever happens that way. Then, knowing the facts as to what matters. Again, hardly ever happens that way. Being knowledgeable and prepared is the name of…..
Opinions and principles should be connected. We can think of principles first, opinions second. Principles are rule sets, guidelines and fundamentals truths. They include axioms (something worthy), morals, laws of nature, ideals, and human behavior. Another word for principle is: conviction. Somewhere along the way, we have developed a principle or two! When we think about having principles, they usually come in the form of opinions. Our principles would drive our thinking as to having an opinion. Early on there…..
What is being positive anyway? In order to have a positive result, there has to be a negative influence going on. Right? Think about it! Aren’t we constantly, in the process of over-coming some kind of temptation? Are we thinking a positive or negative result when tempted by something that may not be in our best interest? Desire is like a seed planted from which all desires grow. Here we have created a sense of purpose…..

And on to “Self Discovery!” Always caring, Louise
